Registrations are currently being accepted for our flag football program that takes place in September and October. The league will be divided into 2 divisions, grades 3-4 and grades 5-6. Games will take place on Saturday mornings at the DCE senior high practice fields with 1-2 practices held during the week at the discretion of the coach. One Saturday game will be played on the turf at Steihm Stadium. Deadline to register is June 21st, 2013 though late registrations will be accepted based on availability.

YOUTH GOLF LESSONS
Lessons are for beginners and experienced golfers and will be taught by PGA golf professional Buck Welsh at Crane Meadows Golf Course. The class will include a lesson on the full swing, chipping, putting, golf etiquette and rules. Students are encouraged to a wood, 5 or 7 iron, wedge and a putter (minimum clubs needed are a 7 iron and putter). New junior irons and putters are avilable to purchase from the instructor at a cost of $15 or less. When registering, please indicate whether or not you have your own clubs (a minimum amount of clubs may be made available at the golf course). Nine holes of golf will be offered after each lesson at a cost of $6. A minimum of 6 students needed for the course to be held and a maximum of 15 students will be accepted.

YOUTH TENNIS LESSONS
Our tennis lessons will cover the basic fundamentals/skills of tennis. Students need to provide their own racquet. Class will meet at the DCE Senior High tennis courts. Lessons will not meet on rain days if the courts are wet and make-up dates will be added to the end of the scheduled sessions, if needed. Class will not meet July 2 & 4th. Each class is limited to 10 students.

RUGBY CAMP
Come try one of the fastest growing team sports in the country. The camp will safely introduce rugby to children in grades 1-8th. Players will be divided into levels by grades, 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8th. The camp will cover the basic rules of rugby, how to pass a rugby ball, how to play defense and teamwork. The sport is fast-paced but easy to learn and no playing experience is required. The rules are similar to flag football. Registration fee will include a t-shirt, fruit during practices and a Saturday bus trip to Fond du Lac on July 13th to participate in a tournament.

HOCKEY STICK HANDLING CLINIC
This is a 7 week stick handling and conditioning drills clinic coached by area hockey coaches from DC Everest and Wausau Hockey associations. The clinic will show your player how to improve their hockey stick handling off the ice. We will give your player skills and drills that an be done at home in the driveway. These drills will increase your players puck handling quickness, strength and confidence. We will then take what we have learned off-ice and spend 50 minutes incorporating these skills on ice. The on-ice portion of this clinic will incorporate the skills learned with skating and shooting. We will spend time teaching the player how to handle the puck while skating, how to protect the puck in traffic and the most efficient ways of keeping the puck on their stick. The clinic is held at the Greenheck Field House. ***Stick, gloves, helmet and skates are required***
